CALL FOR WORKSHOPAND TUTORIAL PROPOSALS
IEEE WPTCE 2027 will host workshops and tutorials in conjunction with the conference, which will take place in Chongqing, China, from July 2 to July 5, 2027. We invite you to submit workshop or tutorial proposals on hot topics related to the research and application areas covered by the conference.
Workshop and Tutorial Sessions
Workshop and tutorial sessions provide an opportunity for attendees to learn new methods and explore emerging trends. The organizing committee welcomes proposals from leading experts and encourages interactive formats where relevant.
Proposal Content
The workshop or tutorial proposal should include the following information (as indicated in the template):
2) Event type (workshop or tutorial) and duration (half day or full day)
3) Name(s), affiliation(s), contact information and brief biography of the workshop or tutorial organizer(s)
4) Speakers list with affiliations and contacts (45-90 minutes per speaker)
5) Duration of the workshop or tutorial (full day or half day)
Submission Note
The works presented at the workshops or tutorials will not be submitted to IEEE Xplore for publication. However, accepted presentations will be included in the conference material that will be distributed to attendees.
